We were one of those families that did not want a cheap plastic high chair but also wanted one that was easy to clean and functional. We have had our 7 month old using this for 1 month and he loves it! We don't buckle him in to the infant insert, we just rely on the tray securing him in the chair since he's big for his age. THe tray is easy to slide in and out, and the plastic cover comes off to go right in the dishwasher. The whole chair wipes down easily and was fairly easy to assemble. The one thing I will say is that we are going to buy the chair cover (we have been using a towel in the meantime) since 1) he bangs his head on the back pretty often and 2) he is fascinated by the holes in the back and constantly turns around to look at them, play with them, etc. So I recommend buying the cover!! We also like the fact that he can use this as he grows. We will definitely be buying this chair again for our next baby.

I purchased this because of it's grow with the child features. It has worked great. Took a little time to put together, but well worth the effort. Baby has been very comfortable in it. I will purchase a second chair for the next child, but plan on not needing to buy the tray or cushy seat, because I will be able to push current child up to the table.

I purchased this chair locally in Canada, and after about 6 weeks of using it, there are chips in the finish. I am worried about what it will look like once my baby is a toddler! It seems like you barely touch the finish and there is a chip. The local store here is unhelpful, and I am going to have to deal with the company. Other reviewers have commented on the professionalism of the company. What I'd like is my money back, but I'll settle for no less than a new chair. I will probably opt for the natural finish, even though it doesn't match my dining set, because at least if there are chips they won't show.
